The foundational pitch center is F Major (one flat (B♭)). Here, F serves as the primary resting point, while modulations into D Minor and dominant tensions in C Major shape the emotional contour. Tonal construction prioritizes diatonic primary chords, balancing B-flat Major warmth against dominant C Major tension.
