Two Ghosts Piano Solo Arrangement with Chords, Metronome & BPM

Two Ghosts, credited to Harry Styles, occupies an established chapter within the contemporary film score piano literature. this 3-page transcription spans 68 measures, drawing from studio score transcriptions. Rights records link the piece to ISWC `T-15D.871.B8-1` and bibliographic identifier `mbid-15d871b8-pianistforum`.

Metric propulsion relies on 4/4 (simple quadruple meter), giving the piece a steady common-time pulse providing natural rhythmic symmetry across four quarter-note subdivisions. Set to a metronome speed of ♩ = 109 BPM (*Allegro moderato*), the overall character feels lively with energetic forward stride. Pianists should ensure that they avoid pounding downbeats mechanically; keep the line buoyant through intermediate pulses.

With E-flat Major as the primary tonal anchor, the notation designates three flats (B♭, E♭, A♭). Phrase arches gravitate toward E♭, counterpointed by coloristic pivots into C Minor and subdominant foundations in A-flat Major. Harmonically, the progression E → flat → G → Am → F → Dm rests on a half-cadential dominant harmony that builds musical anticipation. For the performer, this layout is characterized by a rich acoustic setting favored in classical literature for its heroic warmth and sonorous chord voicings.

This Intermediate publication (intermediate study curriculum (RCM Level 5–6)) serves as an instructive study in keyboard voicing. Pianists must address projecting the cantabile soprano melody while suppressing inner accompaniment voices. Passages dominated by flowing keyboard arpeggios that support emotional melodic peaks benefit from conscious dynamic shading. Regarding pedal usage, refresh damper pedal depth synchronously with bass root changes. Technical Drill: record your practice with emphasis on listening for crisp pedal releases on each harmonic pivot.
